Do you ship internationally?Unfortunately due to the high price in internationally shipping as well as customs import fees, we do not ship internationally. We can only accept furniture orders in the UK. However we can ship our smaller homeware items internationally.

How do I place an order?1. Click on the “GET QUOTE” Button. (Accessible on every product page.) 2. Fill out your personal details and list the items you would like to order and request quote. 3. You will receive a quotation within 48hours. (Including total price and shipping information.) 4. When you accept the Quote, an invoice will be sent to you. 5. Check the invoice and make the online payment. 6. You will receive an follow up email (within 48 hours) to confirm shipping day/time.

Do you have finanace options available?You can now split payments in to 3 monthly instalments via PayPal. 0% Interest & no hidden charges. Pay in 3: Easy as 1-2-3! 1. Check out with PayPal 2. Choose "Pay in 3" and complete your purchase. 3. Make the first payment now, the rest in two payments every month on the same date. What is the cost of delivery?Devil’s Dwelling HQ is based in Bristol. Local delivery (Within 15 mile radius of Bristol) is free and is delivered by the DEVIL himself! Outside this zone will be delivered by courier and will incur a delivery charge. Price will be determined by order size and delivery location. (This will be worked out at the quotation stage of the order enquiry)

Does Devil's Dwelling have a showroom or somewhere to view the products?No, Devil’s Dwelling is solely an online business. However, the Devil will host special rituals (pop up shops) around the UK, to showcase the furniture ranges. Sign up to our newsletter to keep updated with more information.

What do I do if the item is damaged?Please check item(s) over and report any damage info@devilsdwelling.co.uk within 48hrs of receiving your order. The Devil's Dwelling team will help resolve the issue. (Please provide pictures where possible.)

Is there warranty on the products?BRAND NEW REPRODUCTION FURNITURE The Furniture in this range are all hand carved and made from solid sustainable mahogany. There is a 12 month Structural guarantee on all the Brand new reproduction furniture. We do not cover general wear and tear to the fabrics, finishes or trims. UPCYCLED ORIGINAL FURNITURE WARRANTY Although the furniture in this range have been professionally restored, due to the age and nature, you can expect to see signs of wear and tear. (Which will be listed in the product info.) There is a 6 month structural guarantee on the cycled furniture range. We do not cover general wear and tear to the fabrics, finishes or trims.

Can I cancel or return my order?Once the order has been placed, you can cancel the order right up until 3 days before the scheduled delivery date. Within the 3 day period will depend on the status with the courier. If your item is damaged in transit, please notify us within 48hours of delivery to our email: info@devilsdwelling.com. If you would like to return your order please contact us to discuss your options. (See our Shipping / Returns page for more information.) There is no refund on the cost of delivery.
