SHIPPING POLICY
Devil's Dwelling HQ is based in Bristol. Local delivery (Within 15 mile radius of Bristol) is free and is delivered by the DEVIL himself!
Outside this zone will be delivered by a reliable courier and will incur a delivery charge. Price will be determined by order size and delivery location. (This will be worked out at the quotation stage of the order enquiry)
All products will be wrapped in bubble wrap and in furniture bags.
Please take care unpacking the items.
CANCELLATION & RETURNS POLICY
Cancellation
Once the order has been placed, you can cancel the order right up until 3 days before the scheduled delivery date. Within the 3 day period will depend on the status with the courier.
Damage on Delivery
If your item is damaged in transit, please notify us within 48hours of delivery to our email: info@devilsdwelling.com.
We will arrange collection of the product(s) and either repair, replace or refund the order.
Return
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you the consumer, have the right to return your order within 14 days from the order being delivered.
If you decide to exercise your right to cancel under CRA it is the your responsibility to return the Product(s) at your own cost. Use a postage service that is trackable and insured to protect yourself in case of loss or damage, with a courier service that will let us inspect the goods before accepting them into our warehouse.
After this period, returns are at the discretion of Devil's Dwelling.
There is a 20% restocking charge.
(Unless it was due to damage/fault.)
There is no refund on the cost of delivery.
